This Site is intended solely to present ATS software products and services to prospective business customers, partners, and stakeholders. No products, services, or subscriptions are sold, purchased, or transacted directly through this Site. 2. Intellectual Property Ownership

ATS and its affiliates own all right, title, and interest in and to the ATS platform, software, underlying technology, models, algorithms, trademarks, logos, content, and all related intellectual property (ATS IP).

ATS does not resell, white-label, or distribute third-party software as part of its platform. The services are built and owned by ATS.

No content on this Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to build a competing or derivative product without prior written consent.

Nothing on this Site grants a license or right to use ATS IP except as expressly authorized in a separate written agreement.

3. No Online Sales / No Warranty of Availability

This Site does not process payments, orders, or transactions. Any pricing, feature, or product information is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Actual terms of engagement, pricing, and service scope are governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement between ATS and the customer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping content without permission, or using it in a way that could damage, disable, or impair operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATS disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, information presented on the Site.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
